This map enables viewing the sites of all fixed monitoring sensors installed by ANCOM on a series of locations in the public area, and seeing the results of the ongoing measurements performed within these stations.
For each of these measurements, details are indicated on the place, period and level of exposure to electromagnetic field, expressed as percentages, next to the maximum reference level established by Order of the Minister of Public Health no.1193/2006.
Measurements are performed outdoors, by means of the 100 wideband monitoring stations in Bucharest and in other 62 cities in Romania.
The measurement sites are located in the neighbourhood of education institutions, hospitals, public institutions, crowded areas (e.g. railway stations, marketplace etc.), or of public areas that are close to numerous electromagnetic field sources.
